We put your standard caffeine to give you a quick swift kick of energy. The type of energy to have you jump out of bed in the morning. But we discluded the heavy stimilants so you don't have to worry about the jitters and tingles, just pure focus! We also added creatine to help you get out those extra few reps.

We realize that energy crashes are a problem with caffeine. So we backed that up with B vitamins to facilitate real energy production. These are the main nutrients that facilitate the body producing ATP. ATP is short for Adenisine Tri-Phosphate, but to keep things simple ATP is the actual usable form of energy in the body. It requires B vitamins for the body to make this process happen. So after the caffeine kick in, you’ll be ripping apart calories making real energy as well! We also added citrulline malate to increase blood flow for the delivery of all your nutrients when you are working out.

Finally, we added a focus matrix. Featuring choline bitartrate, DMAE-bitartrate and Bacopa monnieri to help improve cognitive function and ward off fatigue, so you can really focus! Bacopa monnieri extract has been shown to improved memory, attention, and the ability to process information. this was shown in a 12-week study in 60 older adults taking either 300 mg or 600 mg of Bacopa monnieri.
